These terms cover your use of ibukundairo.com, my personal site, and of the Resume Builder on it. I am Ibukun Dairo and I run both myself. By using either you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site or the builder.

The Privacy page says what the site collects and why.

You are welcome to read the site, follow its links and download the resume. The content is mine and all rights are reserved, as the footer says: you may quote it with attribution and a link to the page you took it from. The site takes no payments.

The Resume Builder turns your CV and a job into a tailored resume, a cover letter and ready answers. To use it:

• You need a Google account, and you sign in with it.
• Each account has a daily limit on how many runs it can make.
• Your results are kept for 24 hours and then deleted, so save what you want to keep.
• You must have the right to use the CV you upload. Do not upload someone else’s CV unless they have agreed to it.

Your CV, the job details you add and the documents made from them stay yours. You give me only the permission needed to process them to produce your documents, for the 24 hours they are kept. The Privacy page says where they go.

The documents are drafts written by an AI model, and they can be wrong. The builder is made to use only what is in your CV, but you must check every document and every answer before you send it anywhere. I make no promise of interviews, offers or any other outcome.

Do not use the site or the Resume Builder to:

• upload or submit anything unlawful, misleading or harmful;
• reach it by automated or bulk means, such as scripts or bots;
• get around the daily limit or the security of the site;
• fetch pages you are not allowed to access.

I can refuse or stop access that breaks these rules.

The Resume Builder relies on Google sign-in and Firebase, and on Google Gemini, which it reaches through Cuesoft’s proxy. It also reads the job sites you link to. Each of these is under its own terms and policies, which I do not control and which apply to your use of them.

I may change, pause or stop the site or the Resume Builder at any time. To the extent the law allows, both are provided as they are, without any warranty.

To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for any loss from your use of the site or the Resume Builder, including a document that is wrong or an application that does not succeed. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and any dispute about them goes to the courts of Lagos State.

I may update these terms. The effective date at the top says which version you are reading, and if you keep using the site after a change you accept the new version.
